I genuinely, deeply adore people.
I love meeting new humans and hearing their stories — stories about life and love, joy and heartbreak, and yes, all the twists and turns of building a business.
Encouragement is my favorite language.
Helping someone see new possibilities for their life and work is where my own heart absolutely soars.
I love watching people step into their mastery and getting to be the one cheering the loudest when they do.

The adrenaline spike of trying to squeeze your whole self into a 30-second pitch and just hoping it lands.
The heart flutters in the parking lot, wondering if you’ll fit in, if you’re “interesting enough,” or how you’ll break into a room where everyone seems to already know each other.
There’s the bro-marketing vibe.
The “business over people” energy.
The feeling of being seen as a prospect instead of a person.
The conversations where others talk at you, but no one really listens.
