Why Embodiment Coaching
With this coaching style or mentoring, our Embodiment Conversation will allow us to pause and reflect on where you are in your life and design clarity around where you want to be going and how you want to feel. These sessions help you (re)define your most authentic self so you can live your most authentic life.
In person Embodiment Coaching may be combined with Bowenwork as an added benefit to ease your body out of pain and discomfort. When your parasympathetic nervous system has an opportunity to begin functioning properly, you are able to feel less overwhelmed and more capable of seeing what’s possible for your life.

Despite being called to personal work, I often find it challenging to do it on my own. I can’t speak highly enough of the support I received working with Jenny as a Mind-Body Coach for the 13-session series. I’m grateful I could work with her from afar, doing the sessions on zoom and receiving distance Bowenwork. I had never received Bowenwork before but was open to trying it as a way to settle my nervous system because I often feel so scattered.
I found great benefits from the Bowenwork - it helped calm me and bring more awareness to parts of my body that were holding tension or that needed attention. Jenny beautifully weaved together, nurturing guidance and skillful directness during each coaching session. She helped me practice collecting my energy and focus in the sessions through breath work, connecting to body sensations, and guided meditations. Her deep listening and reflective questions helped me tune into the resonance of my own inquiries and deepen my understanding of what I value most and how this is so integral to my decisions and actions. She held space for me to move at my own speed and supported my organic metamorphosis.
This process has helped me cultivate more tools to approach myself with more kindness and skill. Jenny models this patience and kindness, knowing just when to assert guidance that supported me where I was and kept me going on my path.
