Cancellation Policy
Time is precious—both for you and for me.
Life happens- whether it’s illness, kids home from school, going into labor… Life circumstances are generally unavoidable for every human on this planet. Including me.
An appointment is a reservation of my time, and your program is carefully curated for you.
Consider your appointment with me, like purchasing a ticket to your most favorite band. You don’t get your money back when something comes up and you can’t go. You bought your ticket and reserved your seat. No one else can have that seat that you purchased.
I respectfully ask for a full 24 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling.
Cancellations and attempts to reschedule your appointment made the same day, with less than 24 hours notice (even if you miss the window by an hour), and missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee regardless of the circumstance.
Missed appointments within a program will not be rescheduled. Repeat cancellations and missed appointments are subject to a termination of the business relationship.
If you are less than 30 minutes late, you are welcome to the remainder of your prescheduled, reserved time for 100% of the service fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late, I will cancel your appointment, and you will get charged 100% of the service fee. Sessions requested to be shortened the day of the reserved time, are subject to the full, originally scheduled session time fee.
There is only one exception to honoring this policy: Blizzards, ice storms, electrical outages or otherwise unsafe driving conditions due to mother nature that would keep me from my office. Stay home. Stay safe. I will be in touch with you about your appointments and rescheduling them if dangerous weather comes between you and your session.
In addition to this cancellation policy, I greatly respect my profession and myself. Any inappropriate solicitation will not be tolerated. The session will be terminated immediately, the session will be billed for 100% of the service fee, the client dismissed, and a police report filed.
