The powerful combination of Bowenwork therapy with embodiment coaching can support individuals in unlocking their full potential and live their best lives by achieving a profound sense of balance, alignment, and overall well-being, both in their physical bodies and emotional states.

Most of my clients are dealing with stress, chronic tension, emotional overload, or the sense that their body and mind are not on the same team. They often come in feeling exhausted, disconnected, or unsure where to start. My work creates space for you to land, reset, and rebuild resilience from the inside out.

The physical pain points that I work with frequently are chronic neck pain and headaches/migraines, hip and lower back pain with or without sciatica, and shoulder discomfort.

The unseen pain points are how chronic stress and overwhelm are affecting their life: loss of sleep, digestive issues, relationship strain, chronic fatigue, restlessness, hormonal imbalances, irritability, inability to “relax”, weakened immune systems, anxiety, mood swings, brain fog and challenges with focus.

What kind of issues to most people come to me for?

The Difference in the Work We Do Together

What if I’m nervous or unsure of where to start?

That’s okay—many people feel this way. ESPECIALLY since this is a different way of working with a practitioner and it may feel unfamiliar.

You don’t have to show up with answers, just willingness.

My role is to meet you where you are. Whether you’re dealing with pain, emotional heaviness, or the fatigue of always holding it together, we start with compassion and go gently from there.
